I own a UK based Limited Company selling software. The company is not VAT registered or qualify for VAT registration.
My Company uses ShareIT as e-Commerce provider. They charge VAT on my sales to my customers. If my customers (worldwide) are offered the option to buy directly from my website using PayPal Buy Now button then they will not be charged VAT. Is that correct?

No, they will not because you would not have set up your buy now button to charge VAT.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
