Certain countries customer not able to pay the payments in our website

Hi,

We have E Commerce website(From India) in that we have paypal payment options(International customer) ,Certain countries customer not able to pay the payments in our website 

(Brazil, Malaysia, Saudi, Bahrain ,France  etc )  ,Kindly look this issue and give some solution
