Have you received a Paypal Capital approval lately?
We have had several but on the most recent one we got the "your category isn't approved."
I then contacted customer service and was told our listed category was photography, which isn't accurate and also they aren't funding right now. So I changed it...
But we fit in a lot of categories so it is hard to pick the "right one."
I keep getting the "your category is denied" message but I don't know if it is because our category didn't officially change over yet (they said it can take 30 days!) or because the new category I chose is also not approved.
If you got a recent approval, could you please share your category chosen inside of Paypal business settings and on your application? Thank you!
