We recently started a small business and send invoices for all of our orders. Our first customer paid with cash but the transaction does not show up in any of the reports or sales history in PayPal even though we marked the invoice as paid using cash. Is this normal? The historic sales data is going to be very unreliable if it does not include cash transactions.
