Case in favor of a seller sending out small thing with tracking

I got fraud by a seller and PayPal prefer his version because of tracking saying I it was delivered but what I got is some not worth more than a $1.00 which IPaid 79.99USD They favor the seller and I got fraud for 79.99USD because you did NOT check everything . I got proof what I received PayPal never asked... just put a small box shipped out with tracking and it done you can get fraud by anyone...

If you have used up your x1 dispute per transaction on an item not received dispute that turns up then to open a second claim you would have to contact customer services and see if they will allow a second dispute to be opened for 'received but not as described'.
