1. How long will items stay in a cart before they are removed?
I updated pricing on a item a month ago and have gotten two sales come in at the lower rate. I suspect that people added it to their cart then waited to complete the purchase and it went through tat the old rate.
2. Is there a way to see how many people have added to their card but not completed the purchase?
3. Is there a way to keep this from happening in the future?
