Hello I use Paypal here with a chipreader through my iphone. I have never had anyone try to use a discover card to pay me and cant remember if I can accept payment fron Discover or if it is only Visa and Master card.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
