Just got the paypal card reader. We have paired it with the phone and it now tells us to open paypal here app which we have done but nothing happens. Is this because we have limitations on our account? We have tried to remove limitations but it will not us attach the necessary files and send them. Feel like I'll going around in circles. Can anyone advise?
