Card reader " Transaction cancelled, unable to process payment"

Every transaction fail with this message,

Tried support, after all the scripted stuff,

Restart, re install, relink, wrong card type etc

Full reset , no change

Then was too " oh well it's out of warranty buy a new one" 

Not good enough

Currently have a ticket in with merchants support see what they have to say
