I have connected the Card Reader (Paypal ###) to Paypal Here on my phone and after 1 hour, the screen still reads "downloading 1/24 updates". Circle turns counter clockwise. Help!
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
