I just started my own shopify online store, and used paypal express checkout as the first option. At first test, the payment process rejected the credit card (even though it's 100% working), then the payment came though. But after I fulfilled the item and tried to capture payment, it said that capture payment failed: You do not have permission to make this API Call. I put in the correct paypal account. How do i solve this? Thank you
