Hi for some reason my balance was negative and i needed to refund a buyer. After having a friend send me money to get my balance positive again i tried once again to refund the buyer on ebay from the resolution center and the process still fails. Am i doing something wrong? Also why was my balance negative out of the blue? Additionally i cant remove any of my cards. Thanks in advance
