Cannot access the Compliance Dashboard

This is for a business account, although for some reason I could only log into this community using my personal account.

 

We have had some issues recently and have been unable to receive money for aroun a week. This was just flagged to me and I logged into PayPal to check.


I have a messaged at the top of the summary screen saying "You've changed some of your business information. You're required to provide documents supporting the change. Compliance dashboard" However, when I click the link, it simply refereshes the screen. I have tried to find the compliance dashboard in other ways, but I can't seem to find it in any area. 

 

Can someone advise me how to navigate and if there is any reason this is happening?
