I was supposed to receive a payment on 17th April but PayPal put the Money On Hold. I updated the order information that it was a virtual service. After that I've been trying to add tracking information, Order Status: Shipped Tracking Information not Required But for 3 days I've been unable to do so and been slammed with "Sorry for the inconvenience, We're experiencing technical difficulties" every time I tried. When and how can this be resolved?? Please Help as soon as possible.
