Cannadian and Australian client unable to pay through paypal

Hi

We have integrated our Paypal gateway with Zoho invoices.

American clients are able to pay through Paypal.

But both Cannadian client and Australian client's payment attempt was rejected.

Does it have to do anything with our currency setting? Please help us to resolve this.
