I tried to log in to PayPal Here on a phone using a secondary user on my account. I tried this on two different phones and it said it could not authenticate me on either after repeated attempts. I deleted and recreated the secondary user. I tried setting up a new secondary user. Nothing would work. Having said all that, I had two other phones that we had used before and both of them worked just fine with the secondary user. It seemed to be a problem with setting up a new phone for the first time. I can log in to PayPal in a web browser using these secondary users, just not the PayPal Here app on a new phone. Any ideas about what might have happened and what I can do differently to make this work?
