Hello,
I am going through profile suspended cases in my application.
I have made a daily subscription and before second cycle of subscription I removed all payment methods to get "recurring_payment_suspended_due_to_max_failed_payment" notification. After I get this notification, profile is suspended automatically by PayPal and then I added a visa card in my payment method and collected outstanding payment against above mentioned subscription using my business account. I tried to reactivate it manually in PayPal UI but it failed with error message "Unable to reactivate the profile". I also tried to reactivate it through PayPal API,I get this message "Can't reactivate profile; maximum number of failed payments reached; the buyer should pay delinquent amount (or a part of it) back before profile can be reactivated".
So anyone can tell me how can I reactivate that profile with profileID = I-BKF53MH8VV38.
Thanks
