Half of my customers cannot enter their billing address information when they go to check out. I have been told by one Paypal employee that Internet Explorer works better than Chrome or Safari, but my customers are still having trouble checking out as guests and it goes against our business practices to force them to create a Paypal account.
Is anyone else having this problem and if so how did you fix it?
