I am a developer (from BURKINA-FASO) and I work on a platform that offers and sells products. I would like to integrate paypal as
means of payment of the products on the platform. But the think that worrie me is the paypal post (PayPal offers worldwide) that said that it isn't possible to received paypal payment in BURKINA-FASO. I would like to understand the problem, and (if the restriction is proven) ask if it is possible to paypal to transfer the money on a visa card in my country (BURKINA-FASO)?
