My 501(c)(3) website is set up to take donations using PayPal. We'd like to sell hats, calendars, etc. for fundraising through PayPal on the same website. Is that possible? Would I need a separate PayPal account for commerce?

You can certainly set up a donation button for donations and a pay or buy now or add to cart buttons for transactions.
Explore the button types available here:

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
