Can I associate different bank accounts to different email address?

I am in Australia and assist a non-profit organisation. They are a registered charity, so have a separate account for tax-deductible donations as required by law. The have another account for other income, such as membership fees and sales that are not tax deductible.
They have two email addresses, “donations” and “payments”.
i know you can have several email accounts linked to one PayPal account, and also several bank accounts linked to one PayPal account. But can they be linked, so that for example, payments made via the “donations” email are associated with the tax-deductible (DGR) enabled bank account, and funds received via the “payment” email address go tho the general bank account?
Or is the only option to do this manually?
Thank you.
