2. Pros and Cons of the above set up?

PayPal is country specific so account holder and financial information has to be based in the country you open the PayPal account. Brunei PayPal account has to have Brunei based account holder and financial information.

In your case, you'll have to open a Singapore PayPal account with account holder, business and financial information based in Singapore and follow the financial and PayPal policies of a Singapore based PayPal account.
