I tried refunding but it won't let me! It says "You don’t have sufficient balance to complete this payment. Add funds or add a bank account and confirm it." what the heck? Its my first time encountering a problem like this. Can anyone help? I tried calling PayPal but they just push me to this forum to ask the community instead of PayPal resolving this matter on their own. What a bullock
