I want a simple BuyNow (actually a PayNow) button that I can ask my customer to pay the amount of a specified currency, without the customer having to key these in. I am using this in a photo competition where fee is charged for each image entered and hence the amount is not fixed but depends on the number of images entered and the fee per image of that category. I do not want to set up a standard pricing catalog like other online retail as I already have my logic built into my web site to do all that. How do I accomplish my need?

I'm thinking that what you have in mind may require a bit of custom coding and most likely a script to manage the logic. Maybe you can find a developer who would be willing to help you out - there's a StackOverFlow community for PayPal developers. And here's another possible site that may be able to help.
