Buy Now buttons and how to apply different postage costs

Dear community, Hello, I am making Buy Now buttons on my website to sell photographs. If a customer buys a photograph and they are from abroad, does PayPal automatically detect this and apply a higher postage charge? Otherwise if not, do I have to create different Buy Now buttons for customers to click if they are abroad? I don't really want to have to do this because, there are lots of international postage zones, so that means lots more buttons! Thank you.

Hi

I want to do the same. Have different postage costs for the same item based on postage costs to different zones.

Did you ever get any answers or work out how to do this?

Also have the same question. I saw a really old thread saying they didn't allow for international postage costs and you would have to use a third party. Don't really want to do that. Paypal has this been resolved? It was first brought up at least 9 years ago so you have had plenty of time to develop it?
