How do I create a BUY NOW button where customers can change the number of items ordered?

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member! 

You can add multiple buttons for your PayPal account in the selling preferences section. Here's how to create an 'add to Cart button for your website:

1. Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
2. Click the Profile icon at the top of the page and then select Profile and Settings from the drop-down menu.
3. Select My selling preferences on the left side of the page.
4. Click Update in the PayPal Buttons section.
5. Click Create a new button in the Related Items box.
6. Choose Shopping Cart as the button type and follow the on-screen instructions to create the button.

You should create a separate button for each item you're selling on your website.
