Buttons and Google Drive

Hello,

I have a digital store where I sell digital products. I am using PayPal buttons to link to my Google Drive where I am storing all my digital products. Many of my clients are complaining that they can't download the files after they complete their payment process. This is really embarrassing! What could be the problem? And does PayPal provides a tool that will allow us to try the buttons ourselves without doing real payments? Thanks.
