Ive used several offers and discounts through the PayPal offers and gotten some really good bargins. Recently I bought concert tickets through Ticket Tracker for my brother for 25% off specifically the best in the house. But when after I paid for them it showed Row U not Row F. Had to call customer service three times the first two call the person hung up before I even got to explain what happened. The third person said I was obviously mistaken the computer doesn make mistakes. Yeah and everything on the internet is true. They are refusing to make this correct and PayPal is not helping. I feel they are sonewhat responsible for recommending them in Offers. I found the exact tickets that I was offered for a cheaper price than even with the 25% off. Thats with all fees and taxes. I think this is called switch and bait.
