Auto generation of PayPal button code not working

Hello - I've added the auto-generated PayPal checkout button code to my Toastmasters club's website, but the PayPal button is not displaying. The single-select dropdown menu is appearing, but that's it. I also tried pasting the code into one of my personal webpages and had the same issue. Here's a screen capture of what's displaying:

Are you aware of any issues with this auto-generated code? Or is there a step that needs to be performed before the button will appear? I'm not a Developer, but have worked with HTML in the past.

Hi - thanks for your response. I was able to generate the button using the the Buy Now code (rather than the Smart Button code) and this worked. I never was ale to the the Smart Button code snippet to work for me.
