We are a yoga studio that offers our students a monthly subscription. They enroll into it with paypal. They can use any credit card/debit card.
we have a customer who is requesting us to cancel the current card as they will get a new card soon and then they want to have that be the one from which the monthly subscription is taken? How do i do this? Ideally I would be able to cancel their monthly payments until they are ready ( which might be 1 month or several months).
Anyone been through this?
Also can the customer do any of this themselves?
