I have a customer (I'm the merchant) that wants to stop automatic renewal of their subscription, but keep it to the next billing date. Does anyone have a good approach to this?
When I attempt to change the number of billing cycles to the current billing cycle, which ought to be a good solution, I get a message "Unable to update the profile" with no further explanation.
This ought to be possible, somehow, I'd think. Any ideas?
