Are company logo image being compressed when uploaded and how to overcome?

I've tried many sizes, 2000px to 200px width (paypal recommened size), but whenever the logo is uploaded, it'll become blurry at the edge.

I Just want to get the clarification and answer for this 2 questions:

1. is Paypal invoice system COMPRESS the logo image when uploaded?

2. Is there a way to maintain the sharpness of the uploaded image?

I have the same issue and have tried many, many different files, file sizes, file types - anything I can think of - to no avail. I've resorted to taking my logo off the invoices until this can be solved. It looks unprofessional to send a blurry graphic. Please help, PayPal!
