Hi, I´ve been trying to apply for a Mastercard for the last week. I´ve had one on this account previously but cancelled it. I get to the page where it asks me to enter a PIN for the card, then the next page it says there is a problem updating the settings, below this there is a button that says "contact us". Pressing the button returns me to the enter PIN page. I've used 'Customer Support' on the website who gave me a dissconnected number. Then when I got the correct number I had to people in 5 different departments, spend an hour on the phone before I got through to someone who could 'help'. He said he was getting the same problem and would get back to me. Almost a week later he hasn't. Customer service don't seem to understand the problem and keep thinking I want to add my own debit card to my account. My account is veried and I have no limits except withdrawals which is 250,000.
