Any working capital renewal under 10 days?

Hello, I am on Day 7, no renewal yet. Have had 5 loans with them. Made a big payment 7 days ago. 

Has anyone had success with a renewal offer in under 10 days? Thank you.

So it looks like you had to wait 10 days, but not actual business days, correct? I paid my loan off 2 days ago and really thought I'd get my offer email by now. Monday is a federal holiday so that day won't count. But if it's not actual business days, then that's good news. Just wanted to confirm that you had to wait 10 days, not business days, right?
