I bought an item which isn't working correctly. It cost about $18.00. Paypal is requesting me to send the item back in order to receive a refund. It was shipped from Hong Kong so the shipping cost is more than the items value. What do i do?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
