Annoying emails about "IPN Verification Postback to HTTPS" ?

I keep getting these annoying emails that my "IPN Verification Postback to HTTPS" needs to be updated. I updated it to https over a year ago but still get these emails. I even verified that postbacks to https://tlstest.paypal.com/ work ok. How can I find out what specifically is wrong my IPN script? Is there a debug somewhere? Or am I worrying about nothing?

I got a reminder about this some weeks ago so fixed it. I got another reminder yesterday. This is disconcerting. Did you ever resolve your issue (and how?) or are we just waiting for June 18th with our fingers crossed?
