Hi I am running a shopify business since April. We had many Paypal transaction since then but all of the sudden 2 days ago around May 25th or so, all payments are on hold. Paypal require us to input tracking information and even so we have to wait until one day after the order was delivered to eventually get the money. Is this a new policy of Paypal? Just very confused on how to get the money in the front. Would appreciate any inputs!
