Alcohol Sales Pre-Approval

Hi, Can someone point me in the right direction to get pre-approval to use PayPal as the payment gateway on a website that sells alcoholic drinks. We have all the appropriate licenses and checks on the site. I have sent all this information to the aup email address about 10 days ago and again to the compliance email address yesterday. I have had no replies or even an acknowledgement of my emails. Kind regards, Andy

Did you ever hear back from them, im stuck in a similar situation except its for non-cigarette tobacco. Some advice would mean so much right now.
