I'm trying to create a Donation button with and advanced variable to set the donation amount that has been chosen on my website.
The HTML Variables for PayPal Payments Standard documentation clearly states that the 'amount' variable is an option for donation buttons (e.g. amount is Optional for Buy Now and Donate buttons). However, when I add the advanced field 'amount' I am told I am using an unsupported variable.
Is there a way to pass a user-determined amount for a Donation button (i.e. $20, $50, $100, $200, $300 and any amount)?
Thank you for your help.
