Adding option for credit card payment

I've added a simple payment button to my website. I want to add the option for people to pay by credit card, so they don't need to create a PayPal account. The PayPal help documentation with this is out of date.

Can anyone help with where to find the settings to enable the credit card payment option?

I want to create a way for customers to pay with a credit card without having a PayPal account.
