Due to COVID-19 outbreak i have started an online business for people to work online and using escrow for which i need paypal appid while i already have username, password and signature generated. I have searched everywhere but it says not allowed for new marchants with one post to go with paypal manager to get an appid. please tell me how to find my paypal manager or how to get that id i need it to build up my business. I have already filed a request to technical support about an AppId if they can provide or who do i need to talk to? please send the link not the process how it gets done.
