I got a payment from my client Mr. Richard (United Kingdom) in my India PayPal Business Account and later payment settled by Citi Bank in Indian Rupee into Current Account.
I requested Citi bank to issue a FIRC against payment but in that FIRC Actual Buyer Name whom I sold goods and received payment in PayPal like Mr. Richard, is not showing anywhere in Physical FIRC.
So, my Union Bank of India is demanding the actual buyer name i.e Mr. Richard, should be printed as Remitter on FIRC as currently PAYPAL PTE LTD., SINGAPORE is being shown under Remitter, to establish a correlation between payment I received in a bank account and payment made by my buyer Mr. Richard for further settlement.
So please guide can I add the Actual Buyer Name in FIRC or what next i can do.
