Account Limitation - no response from Paypal since March

Hello, 

 

Our account has been limited since March. We've provided all documentation however it has been in review for 2 months with no response from Paypal and no way to contact them. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there another way to contact Paypal support other than messages and Twitter?

 

How can we escalate this?

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I also have this problem.  I need the funds in my account. but paypal is not answering via email. Did you try to call them? I will try to call them today.
