6 year old transaction ,

Hi there Maybe someone might be able to give me some advise, ?

I had a buyer claim today 1-17-17 that they did not receive thier order from 12-28- 2011.

I used to purchase my shipping via paypal for my etsy sales at that time.

Can paypal help me out with trying to locate the transaction so I can find the tracking number fo rshipping ? i can only go back thru 2016

Try www.paypal.com/history and use the date range filter at the top.  Gees, 6 years, ain't that kinda late?

hey , Thank You that worked I found the transaction BUT no shipping details , i must have purchased the postage at the post office and did not record the tracking number that, was dumb of me.

menu for the date search I can only go back to 2015, I need 2013.
