Our CRM (charity engine) has asked us to turn on reference id's so we can track sustainer donations that are paid through PayPal. How do I do that? They say that "Once this is done all of our sustainers will be in one place and easily tracked"
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
