I sold an item on ebay a few months ago. the customer payed straight away for the item.
I sent the item with tracking number.
I tracked the parcel until it was delivered and I was happy.
so about 3-4 weeks ago I had an email from paypal saying that the item was brought by accident and they put the money
on hold in my paypal which put me at minus money.
I have tried to contact the buyer to ask if I can help in anyway.
maybe sent the item back and I would of refunded them. but I am getting no reply.
I am stuck with minus money in my paypal and getting no answer from the buyer.
im afraid that paypal will refund the buyer and I will be out of pocket.
any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated
