i sold this guy a pair of shoes about a couple months ago now, he bought them off of me on instagram where he had seen me advertise them, he then started messaging me and we agreed on a price, he seemed very legit and even told me he was waiting for his mum to put money in his account so he could buy them. then to my surprise a month later he opened a case saying unauthorised transaction but i shipped the shoes worth £250 to his house and he has received them. now the case is being reviewed and i just want to know what will happen, because if they take the money off of me i have lost £250 and a brand new pair of shoes which is not fair at all
