can anyone advise us on this.
we have notice some Unauthorised Refunds being made through our account.
we have tried to contact customer support - who have admitted that PayPal are at fault and we would get our money back.
however this has not happened - when we try to escalate it with PayPal, we get told all the managers are busy and we would get a call back - but never do.
does anyone know have I can contact a senior manager at PayPal to get this resolved or how to start a legal claim against PayPal to recover our funds
