Most of the disputes I have had for claims of unauthorized transactions involve new ebayers with 0 feedback who purchase high priced items. I follow seller protection requirements and so have been covered against the chargebacks so far. Recently orders from new ebayers with suspicious address info have been placed for similar high priced items yet are confirmed as valid and eligible for seller protection despite obvious red flags. Further checking buyers info with address only created more suspicion of potential fraud. My question is what do I do, just ship or do I alert ebay as to my concerns? Thanks for any insight in advance.
