Hi , Im selling a car and the buyer is interstate he is arranging transport to pick it up .I can't be there
my question is if I get paid via PayPal , I receive payment and release the vehicle
lets say he is a scammer and complains its not to his liking or he didn't get car when he did, can't he just put in a complaint falsely to retrieve his payment?
and will there be a long procedure until each p[arty produces proof to their side?
If the buyer was to collect the car and then state they did not receive it, it would leave you open as you would have no tracking information confirming that the item has been delivered to them. Also, motorised vehicles are not covered on PayPal. I would recommend being really careful when selling an item like this.
